The service

PALUX provides software for connecting an exchange account, configuring risk limits for its automated trading system (PALUX CORE) and monitoring execution. PALUX does not custody funds and cannot withdraw or transfer balances from your exchange accounts.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to trade the relevant assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with the rules of the exchanges you connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not connect API keys you are not authorised to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PALUX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from exchange outages, connectivity issues or system behaviour. Please read the risk disclosure.
