What we collect

• Account details you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Exchange API credentials you choose to connect, stored encrypted.
• Usage data needed to operate the product, such as risk configuration and execution logs.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service, place orders you have authorised through connected exchanges, show you performance and activity, and secure your account. We do not sell personal data.

Credential handling

API keys are encrypted at rest with per-account keys and held in an isolated store separate from application databases. They are used only to read balances and place orders, and are never displayed again after entry.

Your choices

• You can disconnect an exchange at any time, which removes the stored credentials.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account.
• You can manage notification preferences in settings.
